At Coding Dojo every month we have one week to build whatever we want. It is an excellent opportunity to practice what we just learned. Below are some of my favorite projects I have worked on.
DOODLE SPACE
Tech: Node.js Sockets.io, Javascript
This fun website uses Sockets to create a collaborative drawing space for users.

BUSNAPP
Tech: Swift
Sleep and never miss a stop again! This iOS app let's you create bus stops and set an alarm/distance for that bus stop. The user can create saved lists of the their favorite stops. When creating a stop the user can choose from a variety of songs, and distances. The app will track your location and when you reach that certain distance the app will wake you up!
Team: Charlotte Abrams and Raven Anderson
Timeframe: 4 days
Contribution: Push Notifications, Setup Audio, and Song List Views. Created main methods for taking users GPS location and creating alarm.
TRAVEL PICKER
Tech: Python, Django
This site is for anyone who is looking to travel but unsure where to go. They can choose what season, or type of activity they want, and will be presented with options for them to choose from.
Team: Raven Anderson, Curran Brown, Charlotte Abrams
Timeframe: 3 days
Contribution: Creating Admin Page, Database, and main algorithm to filter options.
